Vikram was first to bid, Vikram assessed the project. Vikram claimed that he knew exactly what needed to be done and agreed with the terms, then became the chosen candidate. Shortly into the project he requested the to be sent the "source code" of the 20 yr old unique project which had been "commended by the AUS Government and Recognized by the IOC". I said that the terms are that operation is to be completed remotely. Then he complained he would be disqualified from freelancer if he worked remotely. Note: TOS on document stated "remote desktop operation as a requirement. and was approved by FreeLancer. Vikram then stated "It should be double the amount" and even though we had only scratched the surface of the task, Vikram refused to be called sir, and began to mention how much he normally earns for his other work, a 50% milestone payment was then made, The next day Vikram complained that it wasn't the full amount and that he will continue the work after full amount is made, but only as a friend. Note: Vikram stated on several occasions "It would have been finished by now if he had the source code" I asked Vikram if he wanted the work, his response was "Don't Black Mail me, don't waste my time, and find someone else. So I will. I believe in Vikram's Technical Ability, though the project was incomplete. .
