My work experience includes a number of years in the secretarial/clerical field. I have provided quality customer service, both in person and over the phone, and pride myself on my capabilities in this area. I have been able to advance in my career through demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In my most recent position, as an Administrative/ Medical Secretary to the Heads of three large Department (Pediatrics, Ob-gyne, Infection Control), I have had the opportunity to work independently in a complex environment which has strengthened my communication and organizational skills. I believe that you will be looking for candidates with a client-centered focus. Both my former supervisor and many of my clients and co-workers can attest to my strength in this regard. I also have accurate keyboarding and data entry skills, and have performed volume of work with strict attention to both details and deadlines.
