I supervise many players and about 20 staff daily. I help moderate chat, help players with commands and gameplay, moderate forums, IRC channels, and help develop the wiki. I work directly with the server admins to develop new features for the game server and website. I use a test server to develop and test Java plugins and scripts, and to design buildings, terrain objects, and custom biomes that will be used on the main server.
