My choice of out-of-the-box CMS to use is WordPress because this is a very flexible and well-built CMS and can be developed in many different ways. When it comes to work, I make sure that my clients are satisfied with my work so I really give a lot of importance to the quality of code I make and it's efficiency and usability. I am very open to many possibilities and take into consideration what my clients or employers want in their website. I give my best opinion whenever necessary in order to improve the development that may later on benefit me and my clients. If hired, I make myself always available for the client whenever they have some questions or additional clarifications. Long term relationship with my clients is a proof that they are really satisfied with my job and work efficiency. I am a teamplayer and I can work well with other people, I respect their opinions and points especially if they give better points that may improve work development. I can also work without much supervision as I always understand first clearly what needs to be done and how it should be done.
