• Ensure weekly stock counts gets done. • Warehouse administrator duties including leave and shift management. • Collecting and filing all the waybills for the couriers. Calculating if we were charged the right amount and loading the payment on the system. • Liaising with our importers in connection with all stock and air shipments. Ensuring the shipments are delivered to the correct branch and updating the system with new Eta's. Checking all the clearing documents, submitting it to the bank and loading it for payment. • Resolve customer complaints and answers in line with the company's policies and procedures. • Ensure all parcels are dispatched to the correct customer, address and that all orders are done for the day are shipped. • Ensure all customer and courier queries are handled with upmost importance to ensure problems are sorted out in a timely manner. • Manage workflow and monitor six dispatch employees. Prepare employee evaluations in regards to their performances. Provide training where needed.
