MimaaNsaa (the worker) agreed/admitted that they did not complete the project--while uploading the final deliverables MimaaNsaa informed ASPCOM (the employer) that all the issues that they had discussed had been resolved in that version. Later MimaaNsaa agreed that they had missed one of the issues. On investigation vWorker also noticed that MimaaNsaa had not thoroughly tested the application before submission. Both the parties agreed to award 30% of the funds to MimaaNsaa in order for ASPCOM to have the copyrights for the work done so far. All remaining funds in escrow were returned to ASPCOM (the employer).
