Coordinating the market scan process (A method to identify the existing and evolving entry level job opportunities for target aspirants). 3. Designing the organizational structure for the program. 4. Designing the budget for the program. 5. Laying job descriptions for the employees. 6. Monitoring of quality parameters. 7. Recruitment of employees. 8. Stakeholder servicing. 9. Planning and implementation of mobilization of deserving aspirants from the target community. 10. New partner identification. 11. Identification of training venues. 12. Facilitate placements of the aspirants I am interested in the freelancing activity as I would like to make extra cash in my spare time. I have a good typing speed and I am also a net savvy person.
