Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, I implement the company's online community strategy. I coordinate the Community Representatives, manage engagement and interactivity with its audience, and foster community spirit. I coordinate with the marketing teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong community around the products.

Working directly under the CEO, I implemented a large-scale website upgrade from an off the shelf software to a multi-platform database driven e-commerce website. I also organized and ran a direct marketing campaign, which re-targeted past clients and generated new leads. I data mined the existing database of customers, designed and optimized email campaigns and ran live webinars.
