Business Owner- Advertising/Graphic Design/Web Design · Handle billing discrepancies with media vendors. · Design all Print media for clients. · Branding for most clients and the creation of logos, concepts, marketing etc. · Scripting for Voiceovers, commercials and employee training narration, and radio spots. · Coordinate planning, purchase, communication, and implementation of print and broadcast events. · Execute media plans incorporating local TV, print, radio, web and newspaper. · Media research to assist in media planning process. · Invoicing, billing, AP, AR. · Assist clients with media spending reports. · Lead the planning, purchasing and analysis of advertising across multiple media and markets. · Work closely with marketing managers to develop marketing and advertising plans and budgets. · Meet with media representatives and accessing media databases to research available options for media placement. · Negotiate and buy media space or time, as specified, to optimize budget. · Maintain sources of market and marketing information including the market research reports of various media. · Maintain records and prepare periodic reports on accounts. · Monitor media agreements and contracts with outside media vendors.
