Project Coordinator/ Virtual Assistant
I am a super motivated individual, able to provide quality and reliable contribution and service to the success of companies who are in need of project coordination or admin support.
For the last eight years, after completing my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration & Management from Daystar University, I embarked on establishing a skillset that would position me to pursue my passion - the creation of new & innovative processes, and revamping of existing systems that reimagine the delivery of key services within an organisation.
Here is what I can offer you;
1. Administrative Support
A virtual assistant that can set appointments, schedule and organise meetings, send email or letter correspondences, arrange travel and create itineraries, create simple to very extensive reporting utilising Microsoft Office Suites or Google apps, presentations, PDF forms, procedure manuals, data entry, transcriptions, billing, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Project Management
A project leader with a strong drive for meeting deadlines, creating the most efficient processes, providing detailed and concise communication. I have managed project teams of vendors, contractors and department heads. I love organisation and timelines, so I will provide a detail plan of assignments, costs, assets and digital filings utilising the client’s project management software or I will create my own using Trello and a shared Google Drive.
3. Marketing
A marketing manager with experience in creating and implementing content planning, email campaigns, social posts, blogs, newsletters, program flyers
I have skills in data entry, social media management, CRM management, E-mail management and much more. I am a hard working, self-motivated individual who always gets the job done - and even if it takes asking questions - gets it done right!
