.fla inmediatly changes on flash game

Care with this freelancer: "I feel cheated by this freelancer" was a simple job for due modifications on an existing flash game. He told me can do things withing 1-2 days. after 5 days he just had %50 of the changes. After that he request milestone release... i trust on him and release the money... After i release the money he stop answering messages and no longer appear online on skype. He dont have good knowledge of php/flash, simple changes took by him a long time.

I clearly stated no delays would be tolerated... what did I get? A missing worker for days and days without end, that left me to find a solution on my own at the last minute. He didn't even show me a little bit of the work, just disappeared... my initial milestone: gone. I feel robbed blind over this. I should have trusted the other people's reviews... this guy doesn't deliver, don't do business with him.
