I like the work but it is very slow. Team is good in creating what you are looking for ,but i have done spoon feeding to get what i wanted. They need to come up with their own ideas to finsh the task. This is the major area i am seeing things lacking and it should be improved. They need to execute projects better then how they are doing now. There was no QA work done for the product i got. I was the QA person to get what i wanted, which is really bad. Following things are moved to next Phase and is not completed : 6) Full Inventory Management system, including Bar code generation and other product label printing for managing inventory 7) Need a Place where Supervisor or Super User can approve a Vendor registration, Approve Products from a vendor. Can see all orders pending for a vendor and their status.. As it goes from Packaging to Shipping..in WhareHouse it should be tracked in the system. For Orders which requires coopration between vendors like CUP Printing.. Those orders will flow from one vendor to other.. For Example 1) Cup is Shipped to Vendor B from Vendor A .. at this time order is complete on Vendor A side and is pending on Vendor B for Printing.. As Printing is done It can be sent to Vendor C . The last Vendor in the chain will do the shipping to customer.. This Chain needs to be fixed for a Order Type so that we can always find which one is the last vendor for each order type.. Based on that We will train the vendor for the order. Thanks verinder
