I do not like that the freelancer flood me with a lot of questions and investigation after he gets rewarded. I also do not like bidders who asks about information I already provided in project description. If you are skilled freelancer with a lot of review you may hit the maximum budget. If you are freelancer with no review you may bid with the minimum or even lower to get 5 stars review if you deserve only. If you do the more than what is expected you might be hired frequently.
