For my project It was a night mare, I just wasted my time and a money with him. but in general The good thing about Omar is that he is a motivated guy and wants to works and mostly available , But the problems are many. 1) communication gap , he can not speak and understand English properly. 2) His expertise in the area of the robotics and simulation is very limited. 3) He lacks the professionalism and the quality of the work( which he even knew ) is very bad. 4) The way of delivery is out of my understanding as all the files were upside down so were the links in simulation infact It took me 3 days to fix them all to reach to the point where I understood that what he did is completely useless. I hope he improve his skill sets before applying for the next project.
