I suggest a quick health check ln regions to show where to act fatest, before assumptions that demand is gone. Checking stock levels competitor activities and promotions will go a long way.
✅ By product revenue from the purchase of televisions fell so badly from $690k to $168k, but heaters climbed from $154k to $207k, and cellphones as well rose from $24k to $39k. I suggest that we should priortize heaters and cellphones. While focusing on what went wrong with TVs(focusing mainly on pricing and distribution).
