I am highly experienced documenting operations and maintenance procedures, working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to generate functional descriptions, troubleshooting, and validation/verification. Additionally, I am proficient creating interactive documents in Portable Document Format (PDF), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), and Extensible Markup Language (XML), including S1000D-compliant and repository-based electronic technical documentation. Other documentation/writing experience includes advertising brochures, research reports, and Configuration Management (CM) plans. I am a published author of short stories, essays, and product reviews. I have taught college-level Remedial Writing, English Composition 1 & 2, American Literature, and Public Speaking.
