HBPO Manual Assembly Fixture

Assembly cell for Gestamp. It assembles parts of the A6 Hybrid. has a total of 10 operations with 2 more interchagable. Designed everything in SolidWorks and Catia

Basically It's an assembly cell where it welds together Several brackets along with the Base support. I worked independently for AutoTek. Due to Policies I don't have any images of the actual cell manufactured and running.

I design fixtures for serveral companies including VW, Nissan, SCA, HBPO, PEMSA, Gestamp, Benteler, Acerlum, Faurecia, and Inteva. Mostly we do fixtures that assemble parts by Spot Welding, MIG Welding, and manual screwing.
