Responsibility: • Stock volume control and optimization with 10 mil.EUR annual turnover. • Assortment harmonization with partner stocks in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. • Stock level control system programming and implementation (based on MS Excel ). • Turnover analyze and demand forecast system programming and implementation (based on MS Excel ). • Participation in SAP implementation process as key user. • SAP key user in Purchasing, Warehouse and Sales modules. • SAP user in Finance module. • Negotiation with transport companies. • Goods delivery in EU. • Internal MS Excel usage courses. Results: • >50% stock volume reduce. • stock turn increase from 4 to 9.4 with turnover increasing. • Papyrus branch in Latvia has best KPI performance results in 2010 among all branches in EU (more than 50% in all fields)
