I am a Massachusetts-based statistical and IT consultant specializing in line-of-business apps for small and medium size businesses. I consider myself a problem-solver, so come with a problem. If your IT project is in trouble, I also provide software project rescue services, which usually consist of a quick and honest appraisal of your situation, advice on what you should do, and expertise in implementing that advice.
Robert did something a little unorthodox - he read the brief. Solved the issues without delay or requiring any signifcant additional explanation. Didn't insist I set up a remote envirment for them to test in. All round good hire.
