By means of Bent County's investment choices and future adopted policies, this Integrated Land Use and Transportation Guiding Document aims to increase the safety, utility and appeal of bicycling and walking. The 2010 Comprehensive Plan update included ways to improve health of Bent County residents and recommendations policy tools to achieve those goals.
