To create a Time Card that has the following functions. I have added some functions that was not defined by the employer so that It can be used easier. Some format and formulas wasn't designed by me.

Row 1 - Employee name will be available via dropdown list then the rest will be generated automatically (need not be selected as the information will be generated automatically).
Column A - Job Number (available via a dropdown list)
Column B - Job Name which is dependent on the job number will be generated automatically
Column C - Cost Code Number (available via a dropdown list, depend upon job number)
Column D - Cost Code Name which is dependent on the cost code number will be generated automatically
Column E - Work Type (available via a dropdown list)
Column F thru L - Hours (available via a dropdown list, range from blank (I do not want "0" as an option, it mutters up the spreadsheet) to 12

The objective of the project was to create a step by step guide on creating a two excel drop down list that one drop down list is related to the other. There were two options for the presentation, either in pictures or a video. I made a video with a female voice over.

To research companies in facebook using the facebook advertisments. The list for each state was obtained from wikipedia. Each hospital will be checked on the facebook advertisements to know if they exist there. If they exist, they the hospital should be copied exactly how they appear in the facebook advertisment.
