As a Food Safety Consultant I conduct in-house seminar and training on food safety practices. Hand in hand to that, I guide the staff in developing the food safety documentations, GMP and its implementation, HACCP and its implementation, and other programs as required by the international food safety standards. As a Productivity Consultant, I develop measurements or key performance indicators to monitor and help improve the productivity performance of every section or areas in production.
