She has 14 years experience on organizational development, business management, human resource development and life coaching. She designs and facilitates trainings on Team Development, Leadership Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Facilitators Development, Mission – Vision Alignment, Strategic Planning, Business Communication, Project Management, Amazing Children, Empowering Parents, Prosperity Consciousness, Purpose in Life and Productivity. Rosalie is the Program Director and Organizational Development Consultant of LEAD, Inc. She has taken B.S. Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. She completed the German Technical Cooperation’s (GTZ) sponsored Trainers’ Training on Balanced Scorecard Strategy and Marketing Strategy Development. She also attended the Asian Institute of Management’s (AIM) Development Management Course.
