I have experience working as a Customer Support for BAE Systems Saudi arabia for 5 years and 3 years online Support Unitrac Communications in telecom comp and eCommerce company in the US. I also get pulled out multiple times as a Person of Contact which supports a team on production who answers reps questions, supervise the team and answer supervisor calls when necessary . I can easily adapt to any kind of work, I am a team player, fast-learner, goal-oriented type of a person. I always challenge myself to find opportunities for me to grow and I really am looking for a job which I can grow more as a person as well as develop my career skills.
