C# desktop inventory management System

Does not do work himself and he has employees who are good for nothing, non technical guy can write batter code than him. 7 days task was not completed in 20 days. Asked me to release fund by requesting that he is in need and post that he did not delivered the work. Not at all professional does not replays to your messages. If i was allowed to give negative rating I would do that, not recommended "DO NOT RELEASE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU GET THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR SIDE AND WITHOUT TESTING"
