My approach is always to be simple while delivering the idea. I always put myself not only in my client’s shoes, but also in the shoes of the end user. Every project has its target audience with its own needs, expectations, taste etc. I use emphatic design techniques throughout my process in order to reveal the values and aspirations of users. I'm always reading brief carefully, and in case of any issues will ask questions to make sure, we are on the same page.
