This extruder was part of a research to improve an old cnc machine and give it a fully new purpose without changing all the hardware and software that was made for. the focus of the research was to find out the posibilities and problems that we can encounter whe repowering and old machine to give it a new live, and also giving the medium size factories the tools to compete with large scale companies in the market.

Project realice with an ABB IRB 120 to manage a 3d prinitng process with cold silicon, all the algorism and mechanic design low cost and made by a team of 4.

The next article will show a manufacturing and assembly process of an ultra-compact antenna prototype designed by electromagnetic optimization techniques, that can be use under the 4.0 industry and IoT 1 paradigms widely.
