“Sergey G. promised to deliver a user actions tracking app for Windows, Linux and Mac. He billed us ~4 000 USD and did not deliver the project. He tried to postpone delivery as late as possible. He promised that after billing us ~4 000 USD he will not bill again but instead he will work for free. That was true but his performance was close to 0% progress in 2 months time. He exceeded due date and I lost my patience. He used to make 1 commit a day that contained very few lines of code. Eventually the code he wrote is useless for us. IMO the code he wrote is about 5% of the total project. In my opinion, he is a scammer. The communication was ok although he did not stick to some promises and I had to bug him.
