 Prepare p6 Schedule.  Prepare combined scope of work as per the scope.  Progress monitoring on daily basis, updating S-curve and analyze daily and cumulative percentage progress.  Prepare Planning Dossier as per QA manual.  Assist the site Engineer by providing site support in arrangement of resources.  Prepare Manpower report on daily basis as actual from site.  Prepare manpower histogram.  Get the job completion certificate signed by the client after completion of job and follow up.  Assist the Sr. Planning engineer in monitoring and control of project.  Preparing the documents on daily basis.  Preparing the gate pass and document to site.  Performs other related duties as assigned  Performs duties in a manner that ensures the safety of self and others at all times  Preparing invoice.  Checking the invoice from the Vendor.  Checking the material availability, make request and follow up.
