It is very hard to find good and responsible programers who communicate, and Shawn is for sure one of the good ones. He understood the project from the beginning, made the proper questions and was not not about the money like other programmers. He cared about the project and about providing a good experience, very professional indeed. Despite not meeting the deadline, Shawn was always in constant communication and letting us know the progress and the difficulties he found which are normal in this type of projects. So we had to move the deadline a little but he made it a priority and completed and delivered it within expectations.
