• Can identify and distinguish the attributes of a variety of economic theories and policies.
• Able to use economic knowledge to examine a wide variety of problems that are economic, social and/or political in nature, on both the micro and macro levels.
• High level of computer skills, including experience using macros, pivot tables, v-look ups, Imbedded index-match formulas, Haver Analytics, ArcGIS, Map viewer, and familiarity with SAS and STATA statistical software.
• Proficient writer, possessing both the ability to communicate in oral and written English with effective command and clarity.
• Experienced in monitoring and researching reports using internet search engines, academic databases and financial news databanks.
• Self starter, comfortable balancing multiple tasks with overlapping delivery dates, and shifting gears when new priorities arise.
