The reason to build in multi-bodies is to reduce the building time and minimize the profile error. To lighten up the file, I have modelled the back features in the different part files, shaft and coupling in the different part files, all front buttons in the different part files as well as back buttons in the different part files. Took me a day to complete the 6~8 changes, also provided some adjustments to features to make the entire look more closely like the actual F1 Steering Wheel. The client was very understanding and directed me to just refer to one single image to finalize the buttons' styling.

I have completed the Camper Furniture Design within the estimated time frame as my client is very specific with his requirement. After ensuring each component is fitted nicely with the recommended tolerance, the 3D Model will be exported to a 2D Technical Drawing for the client's confirmation. I have worked the extra mile. All designed components were studied well to meet human ergonomics and to meet fabrication standards. All the flatten vector files were exported from Solidworks DWG to DXF, and all the vector components were touched up with the polylines command.
