I've been working in Customer Service for 7 years now.
Current job is Head of Customer Service.
Working closely with the Team Leaders to deliver 24/7 services for our customer (with more than 15000 employees)including service desk, problem management, asset management, supplier management, and server monitoring activities, ITIL and JSOX compliance. We had 37+ colleagues based in our office in Iasi and 17+ onsite colleagues based in different EU Countries.

Daily Teams Management
Recruiting, organizing periodical appraisals, setting objectives and working with the teams towards their achievement;
Setting and promoting service quality improvements
Keeping weekly meetings, involving everybody in contributing to quality
Promoting a positive attitude and “self-managed” attitude;
