Outstanding Volunteer (2010)Project Management Intitute - Sydney Chapter
Whilst volunteering for Project Management Intitute - Sydney Chapter, I developed and deployed a Mentor Program to bring together experienced and up and coming Project Managers with the aim of Making Mentoring Easy.
There were actually two manuals.... One for the Mentor and one for the Mentee. The manuals had a process to follow and sections that needed to be filled in. When followed by both parties, it made the process of mentoring an easy one to work through.
