[login to view URL] In this work, we have discussed about transient fault (SEU) of the logic gates in a QCA circuit due to soft errors which depends upon inputs that pass trough these logic gates and proposed a methodology to overcome those faults by retaining those faulty gates in the circuit.

Efficient Realization of Digital Logic Circuit using QCA Multiplexer

[login to view URL] This work targets design of efficient logic circuits based on QCA multiplexer. The design capability of the multiplexer in QCA is investigated implementing XOR, XNOR logic gate and arithmetic logic unit. Further, efficient sequential circuits like D latch, T latch, D flip-flop, Scan flip-flop, shift registers are designed using QCA multiplexer.
