I worked as a Product Analyst on the Practice CS product. I worked with programmers to design and test major modules of this product, including the Practice CS Library and Staff Management Module. I also tracked and analyzed error logs and worked on UI design with my other team members. I left this position in late 2011 to pursue my family's dream of living off-grid.

Supported the Practice CS product via web and telephone. I left this position to join the Practice CS Development Team as a Product Analyst in early 2007.
