Social media marketing

Not happy with the work. Have hired for social media marketing. Didn't got the expected result. Initially the document was shared on what a brand requires and how things will be done. Doesn't look like if things done that way. No keyword, hashtag research done. Posts were scheduled in advance (for next 15 days) in one go which means no daily tracking of how posts are performing. Organic likes/followers part was not taken care.

I hired Sushmita as an ongoing social media manager. Initially work quality seemed good, though delivery often was late and at times she was slow to revert. After a few weeks, I found out blog posts were plagiarised. After telling her so, she said she would stop but I found out a little later that it was done again with SM posts and Newsletters. She even left the other company name in it. When I wrote to her about this, she just stopped replying and delivering work we had agreed.
