Project Time Tracker

On top of being combative about receiving payment in advance of delivering a prototype for us to test or even the final product, he missed our deadline. We had a presentation scheduled to show the final product and he instead sent us the development files which required us to install a licensed Microsoft development product. This is not acceptable. We informed him we needed the final product for a presentation on Monday, February 20, 2012 in which he assured us he would have it delivered before Monday. It wasn't until after back and forth conversations on Monday morning about receiving payment first before he delivered any files to us, which wasn't even the final product, but instead, development files. A customer expects the actual product, even if it is a prototype version, not development files. This is not something we could present to our audience.
