I am basically a writer.

I enjoy writing (simple letters, grant writings, research, public laws, speeches, etc..), art works (cartoons, photo-shops, etc...), power-point presentations, video editing and story-telling (island legends). At current, I am in charge of my village's environment on diversity under our local government in line with the National Government. However, I have more free time then I can handle and so am open to any writing activities come my way.

Been a bit of a sketch artist since grade school and taught myself to write which led to publishing the third island newspaper in the early 90's. Published a couple of magazines as well as legend booklet of the island stories and fiddled with video making of which I am still in the learning process.

Working in the Department of the Office of Environmental Response & Coordination overseeing both Climate Change and Biodiversity issues of the Republic of Palau. Both positions required representatives for both Conventions on behalf of the country.

One of three newspapers published twice a week serving a population of about 15,000 people of the small island of Palau. Newspaper publication rarely makes any income in the small island and with the emerging of the social media high tech, the only choice was to close shop and move on.
