Due to the covid-19 situation, there are many problems facing real-world applications due to masking on faces. Because of that we would like to work on that and developed a project for that to detect application that is usable in realtime( 30 fps ).

Solution

What we have done to make it possible.
1. Gathering dataset from Kaggle, web scraping.
2. Generate more data with our working employee and use data augmentation on mscleb dataset.
3. Generating training code for PyTorch and Mxnet. Reason: mxnet inference time is much faster than pytorch.

Looking at the current scenario there are many things possible with one click and make it automate for our comfort and security purpose. For managing home appliances and security.

Solution:

With using two-mode in the system: 1) Auto 2) manual
- In auto mode total system work and responds automatically based on sensor value.
- In manual mode home appliances on-off based using mobile and web app.
Also providing security or notify to admin when unauthorized activity happens when the home is locked. Add on the door entrance automation with the open door using mobile and web app with knowing who's outside.

Converting PHP implementation to Flask

The project was finished much earlier then the requested timeframe (3 days instead of 10 days). All required functionalities were working and the code is well organized. Furthermore, the delivered documentation makes the project complete. Last of all, they were strong in their communication and nice to do business with. Would contract them definitely for a second project.
