VERY SIMPLE XML WEBSITE TEMPLATE EDIT • $30 USD

I am not sure what happened but I got a lot of promises and no work. I was asked to make a deposit which I did in order to see the work and once I did I never heard from him again. I am not sure but it sounds like there was some sort of emergency and someone else contacted me, promising to give me my money back and still no response. BAD DEAL!
