The majority of my experience is customer service and human resources. I have worked in a contact center environment for a fortune 500 company where I received several awards for excellent customer service. I take pride in being able to resolve the issue and getting an answer in a timely manner for my customers.
I also worked in the human resource department for the same fortune 500 company dealing with benefits, associate’s leaves from work, and payroll issues. I became a subject matter expert in many areas with co-workers often coming to me for assistance knowing that the problem would be resolved.
I am a freelance provider of services. I will not outsource any of my projects. I communicate clearly, keep each client informed as to the status of their project and develop lasting relationships based on integrity, honesty, truth and trust.
I am seeking projects that involve warm calling, in-bound calls, research, data entry, proofreading, compiling data, analyzing data, sorting data, administrative positions, virtual assistant, follow up calls, and clerical duties. I have great experience working with Tesseract, Queweb, Kronos, Microsoft Office and many web-based applications.
