I am a dedicated, goal-oriented, and focused worker with 16 years of programming experience, 11 years pro-
fessionally. I am quick to learn new skills, and enjoy ?nding and working with new technologies. My goal is to
obtain a position in a company which values the creative and inventive individual. I’m not a simple “code
monkeyâ€, but rather use programming as a venue for learning about the workings of my own mind, and to be-

I worked with members of the Tibetan Royal Family and their security consultants to recovery lost information,
and rebuild a graf?tied website after the defection of their systems administrator to the Chinese government.

Designed, architected and developed a customized intelligent database solution in support of RF engineering
deployments for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Led a team of developers creating 30 business portals for man-
agement, inventory tracking, and engineering design. Worked closely with RF engineers to develop communi-
cation networks for ?re, emergency rescue, and police departments nationwide, including the use of VOIP and
ROIP technologies to connect far-reaching regions of the US.

Designed and developed custom PHP modules for a multi-thousand user web site, supporting independent
