This project has been somewhat of an interesting exercise in the use of J2ME, and certificates for the applets. I would say that T.A. is an excellent worker. Pros: -> professional -> gets work done quickly -> it looks as though the code was written well -> he provided the suggestion for the use of FIRE -> he provided the suggestion of the use of the site for testing of code. I would highly recommend T.A. for projects where they do the work alone. If your code is to integrate with code developed by T.A., you should be very much familiar with ANY and ALL issues/topics associated with J2ME / JAVA independent of what T.A. "brings to the table". During the process: -> T.A. provides .jad and .jar files (no source). -> T.A. has access to "clean", non-branded cellphones for development use/testing so he/she/they will not encounter issues relating to midlet signing or bad firmware. In my case, it made verification the T.A. developed product on an actual cellphone (here in the US) extremely difficult if not impossible. Before starting, inquire what possible certificates are needed to test the product successfuly - and get them.
