Digital set construction in Nuke
Another angle of the 3D digital set constructed in Nuke. Images were manipulated in Photoshop and After Effects - with the "switched off" billboard rendering having been done in 3ds Max - before being brought into Nuke and carefully positioned. All post effects such as lens flares, chromatic aberration and film grain were finalised in After Effects.
About Me
I have been a professional digital compositor since 2013, working on films such as Jupiter Ascending, Hercules, Kingsmen: The Golden Circle and Pacific Rim: Uprising - along with some TV shows including Strike Back, Yonderland, and some documentaries for the Discovery Channel, and a few music videos for well known bands. Previously, I worked as an independent visual effects artist, from around 2008. My preferred weapon of choice is Nuke, but I am also well versed in After Effects. I frequently use Mocha Pro, and have dabbled with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, NukeStudio and 3ds Max. Showreel link: [login to view URL]
