This is an altered screenshot of an HTML E-mail I did for a client. For my clients privacy I have blurred a lot of the text but it's content is irrelevant. For my web design I like a nice minimalistic approach I think it puts what you are trying to get out there right at the front.
This is designed for an E-mail, a website would be somewhat different in it's organization but to principles would remain the same. You give me the information and I'll return to you with a rough draft ASAP.

This is a .jpg file taken from a PDF because I can't upload PDF to this website. The original file was made primarily in InDesign with a the arrows made in illustrator and the screenshots being edited in photoshop. The final export from InDesign is completely editable within Adobe Acrobat Pro and anyone with Adobe Reader can at least copy text out of the PDF.
The original tutorial was made in several pages and could be viewed as an e-book within InDesign. or exported to an EPUB file. It could also easily be converted to MOBI format as well but there would be some loss of order and sizing with this conversion due to the nature of the MOBI format.
