My main job responsibilities are to oversee the software development in techno-managerial capacity. Responsibilities include management of manpower, requirement analysis, database design, distribution of modules based on manpower technical skills, scheduling, coding testing, implementation and maintenance of the project. I am also involved in interacting with the clients, specification collection, their feedback and completion of the project. In due course, I was assigned the additional responsibility of Business Development and maintenance of Client Relationship for various Indian clients.

Description: Deutsche Bank has a banking solution 'Kastle' for their daily trade inputs and analysis. The product is developed by ICICI Infotech and Wipro is the implementation partners.
Responsibilities: As a consultant for the development of the banking solution 'Kastle'. My main responsibilites include testing the existing software based on the specifications, suggesting changes as per the user requirements and bank norms, raising a request for change, testing and reinstalling the changed application for UAT (User Acceptance Test), and lastly passing it to be moved to Production environment (for real time use) of the bank. I am also involved in the documentation, End-of-day and Begin-of-day processes to be executed successfully on a day-to-day basis.
b) Environment: Powerbuilder, Oracle 8i.
Description: Deutsche Bank's sub-system for the maintenance of non-demat shares.
Responsibilities: As a PB programmer for the development of the banking solution. My main responsibilites include coding in PB 6.0, debugging, testing the software based on the specifications, and also database design and development.
