I really wanted to give Dieter a "10" for this project, because of the quality of the work. In terms of his design skill, he's definitely a "10" (or even better; this guy knows how to design, better than any other worker I've worked with on vWorker in fact). However, I was disappointed that I had to extend the deadline by a week, and it still wasn't met. Communication was very good in the beginning, but he almost disappeared on me for several days. I would recommend Dieter for any project involving graphics design, but would be very clear about communicating deadlines before a project starts.
