Ved Prakash was clear, honest and a person willing to go the extra mile.
Not only he provided an aweseme service, but hee and he also understood that i was not on my aera of expertise so he was kind and patient.
Ved is the worst freelancer that I have ever had, he has done absolutely nothing during the month even though I was reminding him almost every day, eventually I spent on him and ended up with nothing, I recommend everybody to avoid working with him as it will not bring any results like I spent all budget, but had no results at all, so bad freelancer
Unfortunately he didn't do the work he was asked to do. He also overcharged for it. Whether Freelancer re-released the amount disputed, I won't be hiring him in the future. If he didn't understand the work, he shouldn't have accepted the job. Additionally, as a lesson, you can't charge for work that wasn't discussed and hasn't been permitted.
[10 November, 2018] I'd love to give Ved better feedback, but unfortunately, he did work that wasn't asked for, and billed me for it. I was quite specific with my needs. I did not ask for coding, as the code was provided in the WP Gateway Payeezy plugin, and I have a license for support... so his coding was unnecessary, and outside of the project's scope. Coding wasn't part of it. I've even told him.
He's a really polite person and I know he can code, but in the case of my project, the only help I really got was being sent to make my own calls and spend time with the Payeezy tech support AND API team to get my client's account verified. In fact, Payeezy directly helped get my account verified in the end. The only part that was helpful was at least being told I needed to contact Payeezy First Data.
I left specific instructions. As a lesson for Ved, he needs to ask better questions to make sure the project is done to scope.
I'd consider hiring Ved again, ONLY if he makes sure to communicate any questions he might have, before diving in.
