Motion for Summary Judgment
This is one of the hundreds of motions I have drafted. This one, for summary judgment, is based entirely on my own case analysis, ideas and research. The primary issue is this case is somewhat complex, and it required a rather creative approach. The attorney for whom it was prepared filed it without making any changes. The matter is still pending, but I'm confident that the motion will soon be granted, resulting in a substantial award.
